i am working in a group with Tyra shields, Charleen Simmons.

2. What social issue have you been assigned?

the social issue i have been assigned to is sexual orientation tolerance

3. In order to develop an effective PSA you must feel a personal connection to the social issue that you are addressing. What does this social issue mean to you?

the social issue means alot to me because my friend is gay and every time he walk out side people makes smart remarks about him and he always feel a shamed, like he's not wanted in the world. i would like to change that because its not right to talk about people even if thy like the same sex.

4. What group(s) is/are affected by your assigned social issue?

the group that will be affected are homo sexual's, gays, and bi sexuals.

5. What potential negative impact can this issue have?

the negative impact that the issue can have is that some people might make fun of the people that come out to the world and tell them who they are and the world might not except it because of the fact that they are who they are.

6. What research (statistics) can you use to support your argument that this is a social issue that needs to be addressed?

a. do a PSA to spread the word national wise

b. promote the issue and have people think the same way
